SHIPPING!
We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are received depending on the time of day the order is placed. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. Silly Canada Post does not pick up orders on weekends!
WITHIN CANADA
Flat rate of $19.95. All orders are shipped Canada Post.
WITHIN THE U.S.A.
Flat rate of $19.95 Canadian. Orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited or USA Tracked Packet, depending on the weight of your order. Both services offer the same delivery time.
RETURNS
I am sure you will be 100% satisfied with your paint and other products, but if for some reason your parcel arrives damaged or you have a problem with the product, we’ll talk, and figure out a solution that works.
Customer service is the backbone of our company. I take it very seriously and I deliver 😉
Unfortunately if you are not pleased with the colour of your paint, I are not able to refund your money if the paint bottle has been opened. I recommend ordering a colour chart or tester sizes of paint to help you make the perfect colour choice.
I will accept returns on unopened paint or products within 30 days from the time of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of mailing it back to me and once I have received the item(s), I will give you a full refund for the item(s) returned.
